Terms & Conditions: To complete the registration process, the Independent Regal Representative agrees to supply Regal Gifts Corporations with a letter from the Fundraising organization on their letterhead authorizing you to coordinate their fundraising event. You can submit this to Regal via email fundraising@regal.ca, fax us at 1.866.255.2881 or send it to Regal Gifts Corporation, 130 Bell Farm Road, Barrie, ON L4M 6J4, Unit 2. When you Register your Fundraiser with Regal you will enter the amount of catalogues that you require. Based on this amount, a goal will be calculated. The calculation is $20 x the amount of catalogues you require. For example, if you ordered 30 catalogues your goal would be $600. You do not need to pay for these catalogues, leave behind bags or order forms at this point. We will enter the order but no payment will be required. If you are placing your product order online, you will need to pay for your shopping bags at that time. If your fundraising campaign sells $600 or more, you do not pay for supplies. For the supplies that you order at the start of the campaign, we will close the order and you will not be billed for them. For the shopping bags that you ordered with the product, we will credit that amount back to your COA. If your fundraising campaign does not meet the goal, you (the Independent Regal Representative) agree to pay for all supplies that you have ordered. For the supplies that you ordered during the registration process, Regal Gifts Corporations will need to process payment for them. For the shopping bags that you ordered with the product, you have already paid for, thus no further action will be required.
